Fairfield Brush Pickup and Leaf Collection
Arrange to have your brush and limbs picked up by the Fairfield Public Works Department. Another service, Operation Dump Truck, accommodates large quantities of brush and limbs too large for the call-in pick-up program. Fairfield Township - Three recycling drop off stations are available to residents at:

  • Buter Tech, 3603 Hamilton-Middletown Rd (near Fire Tower and Morris Road entrance)
  • Shaeffer Park/Township Police Dept. 6485 Vonnie Vale Ct.
  • Fire Station No. 2, 2659 Tylersville Rd.

You can recycle the following items at a drop box or at the curb: Newspapers, magazines, junk mail, phone books, brown paper bags, office paper, cardboard, paperboard (such as cereal boxes), plastic bottles/jugs, milk cartons/juice boxes (remove lid/straw), glass bottles & food jars, aluminum cans, steel cans and empty aerosol cans (remove tip).

Residents need to contact an area waste hauler to set up household trash collection and curbside recycling. Haulers in the area include Rumpke and CSI Waste.

Hamilton - The city has a curbside recycling program provided by Rumpke Recycling. Rumpke bills residents monthly for waste collection and recycling by the city's public utilities department. You can recycle newspapers, magazines, junk mail, phone books, brown paper bags, office paper, cardboard, paperboard (such as cereal boxes), plastic bottles/jugs, milk cartons/juice boxes (remove lid/straw), glass bottles & food jars, aluminum cans, steel cans and empty aerosol cans (remove tip). To get a bin, call 867-8661.

Hamilton residents can bring tree limbs and brush to the waste water treatment plant the 2nd Saturday of each month between April and October from 8 a.m. - noon. Limbs and brush are chipped for mulch used in city parks. Curbside leaf collection takes place in the fall, usually in late October. Visit the city's website for details - .

Hanover Township - Two recycling drop off stations are available to residents at:

  • Southwest Regional Water District, 3640 Old Oxford Rd. (Route 130)
  • Hanover Memorial Park, 1880 Morman Rd.
